As your valuation professional, our role is to determine and document the market value of ownership interests. We provide an independent, unbiased opinion based on our analysis that reflects the most accurate measurement of the asset(s) being valued. Our certified professionals are trained to prepare clear, defensible reports that explain key variables in the analysis and look beyond simple facts and figures.

Establishing Fair Market Values
Value is an issue that affects many business and personal decisions. It can determine life insurance needs, sale or purchase prices, estate values, retirement plans, tax liabilities, or damage and dispute claims. BIK & CO works directly with business owners and individuals or provides support to a client’s attorney, accountant, financial planner, bank, or other advisor to help establish proper value.

Why BIK & CO?
We have the dedication, combined with experience and in-house tax and financial reporting professionals to provide value-added perspectives. Our valuation services are delivered by dedicated, full-time valuation professionals with a CFA designation. We do not use an outside affiliation or a Partner who only does a few valuations during the year to conduct this service. As part of a full-service, mid-sized CPA firm, we offer the ability to handle every need from the valuation through any tax and audit requirements that may be necessary.

Existing Relationships
We respect and understand the needs of your clients. We keep focused on their valuation needs and only discuss tax and financial reporting when asked to become involved. BIK & CO understands that existing relationships with other accounting firms need to be respected. We will only become involved beyond the requested valuation engagement if we are asked to provide services in other areas.
